  • 1 cup (226.8g) full fat, plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 oz (85.05g) peeled cucumber, finely diced
  • 1 tbsp. (3.4g) fresh dill, minced
  • 1 tbsp. (14.8g) freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Mix the cucumber, dill, and lemon juice in a medium-sized bowl.
  2. Add in the yogurt, and mix to combine.
  3. Add in salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Mix well and chill for at least two hours before serving.
