Serving Size: 3 shrimp
Ingredients:
- 6 oz (170.1g) unsweetened ketchup
- 1 1/2 tbsp. (22.5g) prepared horseradish (the only ingredients should be horseradish, vinegar, and salt)
- 1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 lb. frozen already cooked jumbo shrimp, thawed
Directions:
- Mix the first three ingredients in a small bowl to make the cocktail sauce.
- Place the cocktail sauce in a small decorative bowl or ramekin and place it in the center of a pretty plate or platter.
- Arrange the shrimp around the bowl. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges if desired.
- Serve immediately. To keep the shrimp chilled, place the platter on ice.
- Store any leftovers in a closed container in the refrigerator.
