Serving Size: 3 shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz (170.1g) unsweetened ketchup
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. (22.5g) prepared horseradish (the only ingredients should be horseradish, vinegar, and salt)
  • 1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 lb. frozen already cooked jumbo shrimp, thawed

Directions:

  1. Mix the first three ingredients in a small bowl to make the cocktail sauce.
  2. Place the cocktail sauce in a small decorative bowl or ramekin and place it in the center of a pretty plate or platter.
  3. Arrange the shrimp around the bowl. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges if desired.
  4. Serve immediately. To keep the shrimp chilled, place the platter on ice.
  5. Store any leftovers in a closed container in the refrigerator.
