Your guests will quickly devour these mushrooms stuffed with delicious herby goat cheese and gooey mozzarella, and you’ll love how effortlessly they come together.

  • 1 lb. (453.59g) white mushrooms, cleaned and stemmed
  • 8 oz garlic and herb goat cheese, softened
  • 3 oz whole milk mozzarella, freshly shredded 


  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F (180°C) and butter the bottom of a 9″x13″ (22.86 cm x 33.02 cm) casserole dish.
  2. Combine 2 ounces of the shredded mozzarella with the softened goat cheese in a bowl. Mix well to incorporate.
  3. Use a spoon to stuff each mushroom with the mixture. Each mushroom should be filled with cheese and have a nice mound of the filling on top.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella equally over the tops of the stuffed mushrooms.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the tops begin to turn golden brown.
  6. Cool for five minutes before serving.
  7. Once cool, store any leftovers in a covered container in the refrigerator.
